About me
Former AIG lead teacher for 12 years, teaching language arts to gifted 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Current AIG District Lead (K-8) as well as ELA instructional coach for middle schools in Brunswick County, NC. Doctoral dissertation focused on the impact of written feedback on the motivation, mindset, and self-efficacy of gifted middle school students.
